Khun Nampueng Phanayangkul
Khun Nampueng is a Thai national and was born in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand and educated in Thailand and the United States. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy (First Class Honours) from Mahidol University, Bangkok and has an MBA in marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in the United States.
Since her return to Thailand, she worked for six years in marketing at Shell. She joined RGC in 1994 as a Researcher, later becoming Research Manager, and a Partner in early 1995 managing the research department. She is bi-lingual and fluent in English and Thai.

Anthony Ainsworth
Anthony Ainsworth joined Richard Glynn Consultants in Thailand January 1999. He has worked extensively in the advertising, finance and banking, consumer, healthcare, legal, property retail, telecom sectors conducting searches at CEO, CFO, CIO level to mid manager level across a wide range of functions. Anthony served as a Board Director of IIC from 2002 - 2006.
Anthony was born in Ireland in 1962 and has dual British / Irish nationality. He was educated at Harrow School, attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served as an officer in the British Army in Germany.
He started his career with Lehman Brothers in London and has since worked with Euromoney and The Body Shop. Anthony has lived and worked in Asia since 1993.
